File Preparation & Artwork
These questions cover how to prepare and supply artwork files for Giclée printing. This includes file formats, resolution, colour profiles, and the best way to send your artwork to us for review.
Large files can be sent using cloud services such as WeTransfer, Dropbox, or similar. Please include the intended print size and paper choice when sending files.
We recommend 300 DPI at final print size. Larger prints may allow lower resolution depending on viewing distance, but this is assessed on a case-by-case basis.
We accept high-resolution TIFF, PSD, and PDF files. JPEGs are also accepted if saved at maximum quality. Files should ideally be supplied at final print size.
We recommend RGB files, ideally using Adobe RGB or sRGB. Our workflow is colour-managed for fine-art pigment printing. Avoid converting to CMYK unless specifically required.
You can upload your files directly during the order process or via a secure upload link we provide after checkout. Alternatively, feel free to email smaller files to us.

Maximum print size depends on file resolution and viewing distance. We assess each file individually and will advise on safe print sizes.
